Shipping
A shipping cost of from 5,90 euro is added in Sweden and 9,50 euro in rest of Europe. Shipping costs may change and sometimes be discounted. You see complete shipping cost at checkout.

Nonink.com is responsible for transportation to you as a customer. You and the carrier will be liable for any return to us.

Delivery
Orders made before 16:00 on a weekday will be handle the same day and are usually shipped within 1-2 days within Sweden. We reserve the right to sell all inventory items before we update the website, and we will inform customers about the estimated delivery time. The customer is always entitled to cancel purchase free of charge unless the item is in stock. The packages are delivered by DHL or another carrier to a delivery point or home address.

Delivery delays
Sometimes delivery delays occur from our suppliers that is out of our control. This can happen, for example, when a supplier cannot fulfil their delivery obligations towards us or problems in the manufacturing process. If this happens, you can rely on us to always notify you of the new deliveries. As a customer, you always have the right to cancel the purchase at no cost before the delivery is done.

Damaged goods
When you receive your goods, it is important that you check your order immediately. If you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible by e-mail: info@nonink.com.

Unpacked package
If your package arrives at a delivery point, an email notification or text message will be sent to you. You as a customer are responsible for giving us the correct mobile number, address and e-mail address.

If you do not pick up your package, you will be charged an administrative fee of 25 euro.
